In 2013, a French-Argentine couple, Marion and Nicolas, created the first educational hydroponics greenhouse in collaboration with GHE.
The main activity of the greenhouse is hydroponic market gardening. It was through their travels, especially in China, that the Sourciers came to grow rare and original Asian plants to sell to gastronomic restaurants in and around the Gers, in France.
Only 2 months after having installed their first system, the first crops began to appear on the counters of the region's delicatessens and they were a great success in the local restaurants!
The Sourciers also offer guided tours of the greenhouses and hydroponics courses in collaboration with William Texier from GHE.
